Our logo is a reflection of the journey, love, and adventure that inspire Tastes From Abroad. At the center of the design, two violet-green swallows perch together, symbolizing our shared passion for exploring the world. These birds hold a special place in our hearts—when we got engaged in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, they were all around us, flying freely against the incredible mountain backdrop of the Grand Tetons. Swallows are known for their migratory nature, always seeking new horizons, much like our own quest to experience different cultures, flavors, and destinations.
The globe in the background represents our commitment to traveling the world and immersing ourselves in its diverse culinary traditions. Just as swallows traverse great distances, we are embarking on our own journey to visit 50 countries, tasting our way through different cultures and sharing those experiences with others. The wire the birds are perched on serves as a metaphor for connection—between places, people, and the stories that make every trip meaningful.
